Douglas Bay Yacht Club boats “A Crewed Interest” and “Tango” 
had excellent results in the Volvo Dun Laoghaire Regatta held on 
Dublin Bay last weekend.

Some 450 boats were entered in nearly a dozen yacht, sportsboat 
and dinghy Classes. 
The Regatta featured many of the top Irish, Welsh and English boats.

In IRC Class 1, Keith Lord’s Archambaud 35 “A Crewed Interest” 
came 7th overall out of 34 entrants in a 5 race series. 
In IRC Class 3, Andy Dunn’s Bolero 26 “Tango” came 4th overall 
out of 29 entrants in a 6 race series.

Congratulations go to both Skippers and their Crews for these 
excellent results and for flying the flag for Douglas and the Isle of Man.
