Light Conditions for Club Racing

A gentle southerly breeze greeted the 12 boats who sailed in the IOMYC club race on Thursday night. A great Triangle course was sailed for the first race before the course was shortened for the second in the fading breeze. Anthony Ellis sailed his 18 to victory in both races, Mike Wilson in his RS400 finished second in race 1 and 4th in race 2, James Walker in his laser finished 4th in race 1 and 2nd in race 2 and Pete Barlow picked up 3rd in both races.

Hi there, firstly let me say that being an avid fan of mSr I just couldn’t resist being the first one to post a comment, sort of puts me down in the history books doesn’t it.

I was wondering if you would consider selling merchandise that folks such as I could purchase to support the ongoing development. Might even be my chance to get in the gallery if I can get spotted by your photographer, sporting my branded cap and mSr tattoo?

    What do you think guys?

  2. Nick (msr) Says:

Thank you for your kindly comment, it doesn’t sound at all like an ‘inside job’ just trying to improve our flagging egos, which is nice.

Yes, we are looking into making available select merchandise, so watch this space. And yes, if you come sporting an mSr tattoo then you shall not only feature prominently in our gallery, but will probably get a pint or two as well!
